EchoPM
Growing rental portfolio

Billable when live

Set up properties and units without platform fees until you're ready to publish or place a lease.

Fair pricing

Pay for live doors. Not shelfware.

Flat-tier software punishes small portfolios and rewards unused seats. EchoPM bills per unit that's actually live — published or under a qualifying lease — with drafts free while you set up.

Pricing philosophy

You shouldn't pay enterprise prices to test your third door, or buy features locked behind tiers you don't need. EchoPM pricing scales with real inventory — not logins sitting unused.

Pricing models

Flat tiers vs live-unit pricing

The right model aligns what you pay with doors you actually operate.

Flat-tier SaaS

Pay for capacity you don't use

  • Same monthly fee whether 3 units or 30 are active
  • Features locked behind higher tiers you may not need yet
  • Hard to trial meaningfully without committing to a plan

EchoPM

Per live unit

  • Draft units free — pay when doors are published or under lease
  • Per-unit rate decreases as your portfolio grows
  • 30-day trial to run real workflows before you commit
How billing works

From draft unit to billable door

Understand what counts as a live unit — and what stays free while you're setting up.

Drafts

Set up for free

Create properties and units, configure leases, and prepare workflows — unpublished drafts don't count toward billing.

FAQ

Pricing questions

How EchoPM counts billable units and what tenants pay.

Talk to our team
What counts as a billable unit?

Published units on EchoPM search, or units with a pending/active qualifying lease through the end date. Draft unpublished units are not billable. See platform-unit-billing docs for full rules.

What's on the pricing page?

Current per-unit tiers start from the rates shown at /property-managers#pricing — sourced from Stripe in production. Tiers decrease as unit count grows.

Is there a free trial?

Yes — 30-day trial for new organizations. Use it to run real units and workflows.

Do tenants pay EchoPM fees?

Tenants do not pay EchoPM application fees. Rent processing uses Stripe when tenants pay online.

Can I unpublish a unit to stop billing?

Unpublishing removes a unit from search; billable count follows published units and qualifying leases. Contact us if you're winding down a specific door.
